Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy 

How To Return An Item

Your item must be in its original, unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect (extremely unlikely since items are quality checked both before sale and also prior to shipping). Your must return the item within 7 days of your purchase.
1. Please email kroberts804@gmail.com to notify us of a return and the reason for a return. No refunds will be provided, only a store credit equal to the price of the purchased item.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt. The original receipt must be included in order for a store credit to be issued.

Return Exceptions

Items that have been used, altered or not in the original package will not be accepted for a credit.

Restocking Fee

All items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your store credit.

Credit Card Charges

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded. This is the only instance were a refund will be provided, otherwise, returns are subject to a store credit upon receipt of the items in their original condition.

Shipping Policy Turnaround

Orders take 1-2 days to process and will be shipped on Monday and Fridays (unless weather conditions or other extraneous circumstances exist). Special requests outside of these shipment days may be accommodated upon request and approval. Please send us an e-mail or a chat through the Messenger feature, located on the lower right hand corner of the screen, with your shipping request. We will do our very best to accommodate your request.

All orders with e-mail addresses on file will receive tracking information for their packages.
Shipping Rates
The rate charged for shipping your order is based on the number of products, as shown above. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information.

We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:

Shipping Address

How Is My Information Used?

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.
Security and Storage
Only your name, billing/shipping address, and order contents is stored on our secure server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store or handle your Credit Card data.
